In this video, Meb provides the first half of his pre-run warm-up routine, stretches.  This routine is part of “the small things” that Meb does to prevent injury.  Meb stretches up to four times per day in order stay flexible, pliable and injury-free while preparing for his next workout session.  Meb’s stretching routine has been adopted from the Wharton Performance Active Isolated Flexibility Routine.  For more information on this routine, visit WhartonHealth.com and check out these sample videos from Phil Wharton: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R1gk_tHVxn4#t=46 & http://www.whartonhealth.com/flexibility-strength-dvd

    • Lateral Hamstring
    • Glute & Hip
